Squarespace website and store building tutorial

Getting your business online is one of the best strategies for Native entrepreneurs who want to tap into new customers both on and off the reservation. In part 1 of this four part tutorial, we'll introduce you to Squarespace, an easy-to-use website builder, and look at pricing, how to choose a design template, how to add and delete pages, and help you setup the header of your website.

Now that you've watched part 1 that introduces you to the Squarespace interface, it's time to build the basic components of your website. In part 2 of this four part tutorial, we'll take a look at building "content blocks" (like a block of text, an image or photo, a button, and so on...) and a footer (the block at the bottom of every page) for your website.

We're back with part 3 of this four part introduction to the Squarespace interface. In part 3 we'll cover a variety of new basics, such as: editing pages and editing navigation, how to start a new blank page, how to add and edit galleries, how to embed code on your website, how to edit multiple images, how to add your social media accounts (your Instagram, Facebook, and so on), and how to use the design settings to change your font and color scheme.

In the final chapter of our four part introduction to the Squarespace platform, we'll review how you can setup your online store so that customers can buy your products or services directly through your website. Tommy Greyeyes, will cover how to add and edit the products featured on your site, how to incorporate shipping charges and taxes, and also preview the checkout process.
